Agave Farm Tour

SOLLOS Estate is where Australian agave spirit begins. Set on 374 hectares at Bowen in tropical North Queensland, the estate grows 100% Blue Weber Agave under the same sun and red soil that shape every bottle of SOLLOS.

Join us weekly for a guided walk through the plantation with the team who grow and harvest it. You'll see the agave at every stage of its long life, from young pups to mature piñas ready for harvest, and learn how jimadors work the rows by hand. Your guide will take you through the journey from field to still, and why a single estate makes a spirit taste of one place and no other.

The tour finishes at the distillery, where you'll taste SOLLOS and hear how it's made just metres from where the agave was cut.
